14. Design Alteration Policy
At BB Designer Jewellers, we aim to fulfill your design preferences and requests to the highest standards. All adjustments, customizations, resizing, and design modifications must be finalized before formal approval by both parties. Once the designs, including any agreed-upon changes, are approved, they are considered final. While minor alterations to the completed designs may be possible, these adjustments must respect the original construction and will incur an additional fee.
Production will only commence once the approved designs have been finalized and the full payment for the work has been received. Please note that stones or jewellery items provided by clients for use in BB Designer Jewellers’ creations are not covered by us. Although we take the utmost care during the process, we cannot accept liability for any damage or loss. We highly recommend insuring such items.
15. Storage Fees and Payment Terms
If full payment is not received by the agreed due date or upon completion of the piece, BB Designer Jewellers will apply a storage fee of $120 per week, beginning immediately after the original due date. Custom-designed pieces will be securely stored and fully insured by BB Designer Jewellers during this period.
If payment remains outstanding 30 days after the agreed completion date and the client has been notified, the client risks forfeiting all monies already paid unless alternative arrangements have been pre-approved at the sole discretion of BB Designer Jewellers.
16. Feedback and Submissions Policy
When you provide submissions to BB Designer Jewellers—whether requested by us (e.g., contest entries) or unsolicited (e.g., ideas, suggestions, proposals, or creative materials)—you grant us unrestricted rights to edit, copy, publish, translate, distribute, or use these submissions in any medium without compensation or obligation to you.
We are under no obligation to (1) treat any submission as confidential, (2) compensate you for your submission, or (3) respond to your comments.
