Design Consultation
This is where your appointed Bespoke Designer will work through the process of designing your piece, seeking to create something personal and unique. You’ll work closely with your Designer (predominantly via email) throughout this stage, but further in-store or virtual appointments are always available if necessary.
Based on the design we have finalised, our team will now ideally source several options for the perfect stone for your custom piece. At this stage, your Designer will also provide accurate quotes for the approved design with each proposed stone. We will present these stones to you in person or through email via HD videos and imagery. This sourcing stage continues for as long as it takes us to find your perfect stone – in some cases this will occur almost immediately, or take longer in the case of rare or very specific stones. Diamond GuideFinalisation of Design & Stone
Once we have sourced the perfect stone and finalised the design, this is secured with a 50-75 per cent deposit. At this stage, we (Bespoke Customer Service) take over, and send over a deposit invoice and document to sign which outlines our terms and conditions.
Confirmation & Production
Upon receipt of your deposit and signed terms and conditions, your dream piece will be scheduled for production. Each of our bespoke pieces is crafted here in Sydney by our master jewellers, with the production process taking between 4 - 5 weeks to complete. To note: if you have a specific date in mind that you would like your piece finalised by, please flag this at the beginning of the process. For those creating engagement pieces, we always recommend waiting to receive your finished ring before booking any special plans for proposals. The nature of handmade jewellery means there is always the possibility that something last-minute could delay delivery. We will be in touch every few weeks throughout this waiting period to let you know how your piece is progressing and to answer any questions you may have.
Completion
T Once your piece is complete, we will be in touch with an image and to request balance payment and delivery instructions. Your Bespoke Designer will be in touch to make sure you are in love with your piece, and to follow up with any specific care instructions.
